Cape Spitz is a very reliable cabbage variety with a large (2-3kg) conical shaped head and a sweet flavour. Light green leaves have a smooth texture and are softer than other varieties.
Cape Spitz (also known as Sugar Loaf) is very easy to grow and flourishes in our warmer climate.
